GoogleGenerally responsive and helpful through my tenancy, although had to chase them up multiple times regarding my deposit. Experience bought down at the end of my tenancy as I was dishonestly charged for problems out of my control, although clearly the blame also lies with the landlord for that. Average estate agent, wouldn't use them again.
