GoogleWe have just bought and sold through Farmer and Dyer and were very happy with the experience. All of the team who we dealt with were friendly, professional and approachable and quick to answer any queries or concerns we had, and put our minds at ease during the stressful bits. You will get a more personal service and better rates with F&D than you would with one of the bigger players, and i think that's worth a lot. I'd happily use them again.

GoogleWould avoid using these at all costs, especially if your renting. Always will make sure your out of pocket if something needs fixing in your rented accommodation. Very arrogant when it comes to dealing with tenants. Avoid !

GoogleMy purchase experience with F&D was in general good. But, right after contract sign they stopped responding to my mails. This I think is strange. UPDATE: sorted. I'm happy with F&D services.

GoogleRude guy answering the phone today, would not recommend to anyone unless you want to have someone with attitude. Humble advise to that individual do your job instead acting like your own the properties you are taking appointments on behalf of landlords so please relax and humble yourself.

GoogleAwful customer service the receptionist is by far the rudest I've ever encountered in any profession, the estate agent failed to phone us upon arrival and left to there next appointment, only for me to phone up about it & have it strongly implied it was my fault & hung up on.

For fairness, it is worthwhile pointing out that you failed to turn up at the first appointment and for the following weekend, I understand you arrived 3/4 hours late for your appointment. Due to our busy diary, we couldn't accommodate your request to meet you. On both occasions you failed to let us know you were either not coming or running late.
