GoogleWe recently sold our house with Farmer and Dyer. We found them to be supportive and efficient. If ever there was a problem they were always there ready to help and guide us. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.

GoogleRecently sold a property with Farmer and Dyer. The property was empty and we were not local. Both the property and the sale process had problems but Farmer and Dyer quickly and competently sorted the problems and got the process back on track - thank you

GoogleAn awful estate agent who are only interested in getting anything across the line at all costs. Unprofessional and unwilling to provide information. Be wary of the Sales Manager. Re: the response below - you are talking nonsense and you somehow think that actual sellers and buyers have time to call the directors. Customer feedback matters and that not some non-independent website and that is why you are only at 3.8 on Google. The feedback above stands!

Hi Mr XR? - an unusual and strange review. Surely a call to one of the directors at the earliest opportunity could have eased any of your concerns. Your review is all the more surprising, as Rightmove have us listed at the top selling agent in the RG4 vicinity for 2023, so we must be doing something right within our own processes and customer service. GoogleExcellent professional service. I had switched to them following a bad experience with another agent. F&D were swift in advertising, photography, digital paperwork. Ultimately they found an ideal tenant within a week of signing with them. I highly recommend this agent.

GoogleHaving sold successfully with them 16 years ago, this years experience has left me disappointed. My house was sold quickly in April then almost no contact in the intervening months. Twice calls were not replied to and I suddenly found out I had 2 weeks to move from my conveyancer, not estate agent, who charged me a fifth of F&D fees. Because they didn't communicate the moving date with me, it caused me to incur penalties for cancellation of services and I was lucky to find suitable storage at the last minute. I would not recommend.

GoogleI used Farmer & Dyer to rent a property so only dealt with lettings. I found them for the most part to be pretty poor at communication, some of the staff definitely came across as having a bit of an attitude and mostly I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. I wouldn't recommend them. What I would add is that there is one guy working there, (Tom) who is basically holding the entire lettings team/dept up. Very communicative and helpful. The rest, really were not.

I understand from the lettings team that they couldn’t accommodate certain requests made by yourself that were clearly beyond our standard involvement & procedures so appreciate you may have been frustrated by this so please don’t mis-interpret this as poor service. I’ll happily pass on your positive comments to Tom.

GoogleI rented off Farmer & Dyer for 2 years and couldn’t have had a better experience! They were were very professional and helpful throughout the 2 years... Lyn responded straight away to any enquiries and any minor issues we had with things not working in the house were always sorted very quickly... Nadine has always being super helpful as well... If I needed to rent again or recommend a company to use to rent they’d be my first call! I also bought my first home via Farmer & Dyer and Damian & team were great throughout the whole process... As a first time buyer I had plenty of questions which are always answered very promptly and in great detail... It was also great to be able to get recommendations for things like home inspections and they were a great help throughout the whole process... Nadine has also being great for recommendations for tradespeople as I’ve needed things done! Again I would definately use them again & couldn’t recommend them higher!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
