GoogleAs a buyer cannot recommend, nothing against business but coustumer service is just horrible. Spoke to Rachael Green. Please learn some manners. People in McDonalds are more coustumer friendly than here.

GoogleI had shown interest in viewing a property for rent on DAFT. Four weeks after submitting my email application, I received a response from Rachael Green inquiring if I was still interested. I confirmed my interest and we arranged for a viewing on Friday. We agreed I would call her on Friday morning to finalize the meeting location. However, when I called her around 12 o'clock on the arranged day, she informed me she couldn't show the property because she didn't have the keys. I was quite taken back, especially since I had set aside time specifically for this viewing. But it’s fine I do understand these things can happen. She advised calling the following week to reschedule, which I did. Despite calling twice and leaving multiple messages, I received no callback. I also sent a few emails, which were read but remained unanswered. This approach to business was quite unsatisfactory, and the overall experience was less than pleasant.
