We recently sold our house in Cootehill with Smith properties, from the off Raymond was very helpful explaining exactly what was required to complete the sale. Leanne was also very helpful and indeed all the staff were very polite and helpful. From when it was first advertised on their page and various other websites that they use there was an offer very quick and once the sale was agreed the process after was very quick and hassle free. Delighted we choose Smith Properties to sell our house, would definately recommend them.

The professional photos were taken promptly and the property was advertised soon after, all of the viewings were handled professionally by Raymond and convened at a time that suited all parties. Feedback was immediate and Raymond made sure to communicate regularly and was always available to discuss matters. Smith Property offered a professional service in the sale of my relative's house in Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan. Because I live abroad, they were so helpful in organising decorators, gardeners and cleaners to tidy up the house, and liaising with the house clearance company before the sale of the house.
