FacebookWe’ve recently sold our home in Richmond N Yorks with Irvings and I cannot recomend them highly enough. If and when we come to sell our home again I won’t consider using any other agent. I found them to be very friendly, extremely helpful but also very efficient in the way they worked on our behalf. Nothing was a problem for them. They made what can be at times a stressful process much easier and we’re very grateful to them for it.

GoogleThey are not truthfully with the potential buyers, i made an offer on a house not lower than what was asked for, I was also told by the agency that there were no other offers being made for the property when i made mine, only to be called the next day and got told that the landlord accepted another offer.
Dear Aristotelis, We are really sorry to see that you are dissatisfied with our service. You are entitled to make a higher offer if you wish to do so, although you did advise us that the offer you made was your best and final. We always act in the best interest of our Client, if you would like to make a revised offer, we are obliged to put this forward to them, please give our office call if you wish to do so- 01748 883244 Kind Regards, Amy
