FacebookI have used Pinnacle as the letting agent for my properties for 5 years. They manage all aspects, marketing, deposit scheme, rent collection. Makes it easier for me as a landlord to focus on ensuring my properties are well maintained and an enjoyable place to rent. Highly recommend them

FacebookWhat a bunch of cowboys. They have no idea how to manage a property. Still waiting for repairs and unauthorised charges to be sorted 3 months on. Only course of action left now is legal action. Whether a tenant or landlord u really need to avoid these cretins!

FacebookAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ Dreadful service, horrible people with complete lack of compassion for tenants well being - they allowed us to live without hot water for 6 MONTHS. DO NOT SIGN FOR A PROPERTY WITH THIS AGENCY, YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT!!!

FacebookMoved out of my property end of June and I am still waiting for the list of deposit deductions. I have rang up on multiple occasions and send countless emails to complain/ask for updates - and absolutely nothing. Would not recommend!

FacebookHave looked at a few houses with Pinnacle and due to sign a contact on one soon. So far service has been excellent with the staff all being really friendly and they have been really helpful. Fingers crosses this continues.

FacebookVery friendly and personal service. Answered all of our questions and took time to explain everything to us when we were signing contracts. Also the property is legit and they agreed to put in a dishwasher for us. Oooooshh

FacebookTerrible service, very unorganised and incredibly slow at resolving urgent issues. Appear friendly and on top of things but as soon as you've signed the contract that all stops. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
