GoogleI have used Park and Bailey now for over 6 years to manage a property and I could not have asked for better service from a letting agent than what Park and Bailey have provided. During this time, we have encountered various challenges with tenants and property maintenance, and Jayne, Liz, Jacqui and the rest of the team have always been responsive, approachable and quick to deal with any issues. They have also always been happy to provide advice and guidance when I have needed it, and I have always felt comfortable asking them questions knowing that they are knowledgeable and will provide honest opinions and insight. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Park and Bailey for management and letting of properties and would like to thank them for all the support they have provided for our property.

GoogleMy partner and I have recently moved into a property in the Whyteleafe area. Park and Bailey Caterham helped us through every single stage with a high degree of professionalism and made the transition seem effortless. Being first time renters, we were nervous and unsure of all the processes. They were there to answer every question we had (even the silly ones) and always kept us up to date on the progress of the application and anything else we needed to know. We were never left in the dark. From beginning to end, they have been fantastic! Our thanks go especially to Josh and Charlotte who walked us through everything!

Now, almost three months later, they keep assisting us with any inquiry, question or issue we may have regarding our new home. GoogleI have used the services of Park & Bailey Lettings for 15 years. I am always impressed with the professional service and good advice that they provide me. Also, I like the fact that many of the staff have been at P&B for a long time which provides a consistency of service as well as knowledge of the area. I would recommend them to anyone, and I continue to do so myself!

Googlevery good until I wanted to move out before my tennancy was up. had to pay fees for moving out, fees for leaving early. the property was left in an immaculate state. and new tenants were found to move in and pay all the fees for moving in. so they or landlord was not losing out on rent etc. poor customer service, rude and abrupt! wouldn't recommend park and Bailey in caterham valley.

I have dealt with these guys for over 4 years and can honestly say you would struggle to find a more helpful,professional and efficient group of people anywhere. In all my dealings with them I never had one single problem and I cannot recommend them highly enough. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Park & Bailey Lettings.

GooglePark and Bailey were very professional and helpful throughout the process of viewings, offer negotiation and moving. Charlotte in particular did a fantastic job of keeping us up to date and being incredibly responsive to everything we asked. The whole team are really helpful and nice too. Would definitely recommend Park and Bailey if you’re looking to let your property.
