Wanted to buy a property through them, and the agent not even showed up on viewing. So we dealt with the owner. When we made an offer the agent not even answered for 19days when i had to chase them again... REALLY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

Our 12th year tenancy on our property that we rent via P.A Jones has just been signed for yet another year. What can I say Lisa & her team work exceptionally well, way above & beyond in managing the property we rent, nothing is too much trouble, quick to respond to any issues/concerns that may arise. A great company that I highly recommend for anyone looking to rent or even buy.

Very poor services. Time wasting agent. Most likely makes fool of the landlord and prospective tenants. Laid back. Not competent enough to handle property matters. Our case was dealt with a lady called Jackie. Wasted more than 15days.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
