I am overwhelmed by the extremely high level of service I received from the members of staff at Cubitt & West Caterham. Always professional, efficient and friendly and going over and above to assist me in every way possible; including going to my prospective new home after work to measure up walls for me (thank you Zofia) and offering to bring me in supplies when I fell ill (bless you Reuben) This is a genuinely special team and I feel so very fortunate to have dealt with them. Branch good, staff great!

The Cubitt & West branch we used were absolutely fantastic. Always there when we needed them and always the most helpful, especially when we had any questions or issues. My only personal issue with the company would be their use of a certain solicitors. I was deeply unhappy with their recommendation of solicitors who they recommended. You may say that I could have got my own but at that moment, being a first time buyer, I felt very much pushed into that choice. Things were great with the company themselves though. We were assigned Julie to help us and she's been absolutely spectacular. The amount of calls I've made to her to moan is frankly ridiculous but shes always been there to help, to explain what's going on and why, and to be that voice of reason when we needed it most. Very happy to have worked with her and if the review was just for her, it would have been an easy 5*!

We had previously listed our property with a different agent and after twelve weeks with very little interest we switched to Cubitt and West. Like a breath of fresh air their proactive approach attracted lots of viewings and secured us a sale quickly. From my initial conversation with Daniel, support from Kristine throughout and also Sophie and Elaine we felt really happy that we fully understood the whole process and if any issues arose or any advice was needed someone was on hand to help us. They were always very quick to respond and took the initiative to ensure the sale was moving along. A really positive experience overall and we would recommend Cubitt and West without hesitation.

Lucy & her team at C&W have been fantastic. We had the property advertised with another local agent (P&B)for whom selling our property felt like a chore and made us feel like they were doing us a favour. The C&W app is easy to use and was updated the next working morning after a viewing so we had no chasing and knew exactly what was being said by potential buyers. When we accepted an offer Sophie kept us updated through the whole process and chased solicitors on both sides to ensure a speedy completion. I would not hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend.

Don't use this real agent as their…

Don't use this real agent as their services are very bad. They just sold the property without looking and checking of developer's professionals and ethics to customer and left the buyer to struggle faces the issues after buying the property. I bought the brand new house through Cubitt & west and their developer was not even answering the phones calls, or reply or fix the problem even they agreed. They left the house without any purchase or supplier contact details to contact if you want to do something by yourself. Spoken to real state agent head office and the feedback I have received is this is not their problem if developer is not answering so you have to go to legal but they are not taking any responsibility as a selling agent to select the professional developer or take any action. Buyer is buying the property with their hard-earned money and paying the EMI but this real agent and their unprofessional developer are just a real problem so never recommend to use again.
