GoogleFound them easy to deal with, helpful and well-informed. We had a difficult transition into exchange of contracts with our buyer plus some issues in communicating with our own lawyer at one point. The staff at Bairstow Eves were proactive and persistent in trying resolve the issues and were able to share the information on progress between them quite effectively.
Hi Chris, thank you for your kind words and great review. Best wishes, Emma.

GoogleEven though the process took way longer than expected, we quickly realised we could trust and rely on the Bairstow Eves Caterham team to complete the sale. The manager even drove between Solicitors picking up and dropping off documents to speed up a lengthly exchange process. A very professional service.
