GoogleHi all, We ultimately did not buy from S Fitz but I would really like to express my huge thanks to Michelle Curran for her professionalism, time, patience and advice. I know my sister sold with them and she was very happy. Some facts that I can back up if people need: We are one year after our purchase and the overbidder on our other preferred property (10 months ago) has still not materialised. This is a concern for me. We were also underbidders on another property 15 months ago, and that remains on market. This is another concern for me. I am fully aware auctioneers need to listen to vendors and bidders and take documentations / bids at face value, but both of above are fact. Just because somebody has the money does not mean they will close the deal. Aware this is probably a regulatory issue. Hope this helps some people. Kind Regards, David

GoogleI cannot recommend high enough the professionalism and set of skills that team Castleknock have; I've been introduced to Sherry Fitz by Julian Cotter and Maria Mannion and Maria worked with us to sell our property. Maria was absolutely fantastic, between being superb negotiator and getting our place on sale agreed within a month, to amazing communicator during the after sale agreed toward closing. I would recommend Maria to everyone that needs help in selling their place, she is the person who will put heart and soul and do everything that's needed to close the sale. We are so grateful to Julian, Michelle and the team in the Castleknock office for the highly professional, efficient and supportive service they provided for our elderly mother in the recent sale of the family home of 58 years. The house went on the market shortly before the lockdown and despite this we managed to complete the sale on 26th June. We were kept informed every step of the way and they were accessible and responsive if we had any questions. They always had our mothers safety and wellbeing as a priority. As a family we would highly recommend Sherry Fitzgerald.

Placed an order and then there was no further update from the agent for over a month.I called them for update then the agent called back and ask what can they help me???After the call they asked me to increase the offer, it is totally fine but should be more proactive. Will not consider them in the future.

Ed Reilly came to value our home in anticipation of us going to market. After our first meeting with Ed it was clear he had a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the current market so we did not hesitate to appoint him which transpired to be a great decision. Not all sales go smoothly , however with a calm and problem solving approach the sale was completed. Ed was fantasic to deal with , always promptly returning my calls and handing any issues with the utmost professionalism as did his team in the office. For any future purchases or sales we may endeavour on within Eds scope area there would be no one else we would choose.

Very annoyed with sherry fitzgerald tallaght. Mislead about a few things during the already stressful process of buying apartment. I was told on a couple of occasions that furniture was included so I gave all my furniture to charity shop, only to find a completely empty apartment to move into. Have to now spend money I don't have to buy a whole new set of furniture on Christmas week. Very unprofessional people.

I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.
