GoogleMe and my friend supposed to have a viewing today for 12:30. When we got there there was already a lot of angry people waiting for this appointment. We got a message saying its been cancelled 12:34. Very unprofessional. Waste of the time.

GoogleWorst experience ever! I had a booking confermati on from them for today at 3:15. After waiting for 45 minutes they said that my viewing is not in their system. Waste my time because I finished work earlier for the viewing. Never again

GoogleVery poor customer service, booked us in for a viewing. Accompanied viewer turned up 30 minutes late!!! Booked us in for a block viewing which they didn't tell us about!! Everyone else left but I waited it out. Wouldn't recommend using them as your agent or even bother viewing through them! Very poor.

GoogleI travelled 300km to view one of their property. Unfortunately I missed one of my trains, called them and said I will be late around 10-15 minutes. I late 8 minutes but nobody was there. Unprofessional!!!
