GoogleI only gave four stars as we didn’t buy or sell a house with them so I cannot judge on the whole thing. However when it came to viewing house they were very quick and easy to arrange. Liza especially, she dealt with is the most all by email aswell as I was unable to call for a few weeks. She was ever so friendly and made sure she left voicemails and emails ready for me to pick up when I could.

GoogleSimon in the Carterton office has been fantastic from start to finish regarding the sale of our house. He couldn’t do enough to make sure we understood everything that was going on and kept us up to date with all the mile stones of the sale. Not only this he sold our house in the first week of it going on the market achieving the fall asking price! Top chap and I would highly recommend him if you are looking to sell your house.

GoogleThe sale of our self built house was not easy. We tried low cost on line services initially but these were not successful due mainly to the low potential of viewers to effect a purchase and the unusual individual features of the house. The Chancellors team, we dealt mainly with Ben, Simon and Liza, were very personable, professional and proactive and quickly presented a steady supply of good prospective viewers. Effective marketing advice was offered by Ben and Simon, prior to, and during negotiations, which eventually led to the sale. I have no hesitation in recommending the Carterton Chancellors team to you and am confident they will be able to find your buyer for you and most importantly make the sale a pleasant experience!

GoogleI was recommended chancellors by Louise from the Carterton branch.. she was friendly and helpful and answered any of my queries before deciding to put my flat on the market..We managed to sell the flat pretty quickly... I was given the best price for the flat and the solicitors she advised me to go with was really good.. would definitely rate selling with chancellors...would do it all again.. great service from her and the team if she wasn't able to answer any of my queries.

GoogleMy son & his partner are first time buyers and were show a property by Ben in Carterton Branch. He was extremely helpful and any questions we had were answer immediately. An offer was accepted and solicitors have been assigned. To date, the whole process has run smoothly, mostly due to Ben's excellent communication by both telephone and email. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Ben and the Chancellors team to vendors and purchasers.

GoogleExcellent staff and very helpful when I first went in the office to enquire about a property. Managed to fit me in very quickly to view and Liza-Jo Boyce showed me around. She was very professional and even me to view the property. Thanks to the office team Ben,Sam and Liza in Carterton I am now purchasing the property. Highly recommend Chancellors to anyone who wants a first class service.
