We made our first house purchase through reeds rains and 9 years later we are relocating and in the process of our first house sale . Reeds rains were our first point of contact when we decided to put our home on the market. The service we have received has been excellent Lynsey and the whole reeds rains team in carrickfergus have been amazing . They have kept us updated throughout the whole process and provided advice , reassurance and guidance along the way. I was able to contact them at any time during the day for answers to any questions I had and was greeted with enthusiasm and the willingness to help. I highly recommend reeds rains for any house purchase/ house sale , they provide a professional customer focused service and the team in carrickfergus have been fantastic throughout the process I can't thank them enough.

Lisa in the Carrickfergus branch is absolutely amazing at what she does. She has went out of her way to help me find and secure my ideal home. Nothing has ever been too much trouble her and has went out of her way and above and beyond to help me. Very quick response time for any queries I had and very professional. If only everyone was like Lisa!

Had the pleasure of working with reeds and rains Carrickfergus whilst selling my house. Found them to be very professional and on the ball to ensure my wee home sold within days. I would highly recommend this estate agents as I have had a few dealings with others and have not found them to be as thorough. Big thank you to all the girls who make a great team😊

Just wanted to say a big thanks to the team at Reeds Rains Carrickfergus branch. I was so impressed by the high standard and quality of service that I received. They really went above and beyond. I've used several estate agents over the years and I can honestly say that Reeds Rains delivered the highest level of care I have ever experienced. No problem was too big or too small.

Been through a number of rental agencies in the past and have to admit this has been the best and easiest to work with. Everyone has been so helpful and pleasant. Even with not renewing my lease and with short notice, staff have were very helpful in sorting everything out. Highly recommend and will be first place I will turn if needing an agency again

Fantastic all round service, friendly, efficient and competitive.

I have both purchased property and rented out property through Reid’s Rains, and find them top notch in every respect. Lisa , who manages the rental properties, is always ahead of the game, keeping her client informed every step of the way. The Reid’s Rains portal is an invaluable source of up to date information for those who like online information to hand.
