Reeds Rains, Carrickfergus, NI reviews

Have previously used RR buying our last property so decided to use them again for sale and purchase of property this time following a positive experience. Feel slightly let down with communication throughout the process, failure to follow up phonecalls meaning we had to chase on various occassions and a very stressful moving day in which we had to organise our own exchange of keys with our vendor and buyers with no confirmation or follow up call from RR since but they were happy to ask us for a Google review a week before completion date! Not sure I can justify the higher fees we paid in such a competitive market currently and would think carefully in the future about using their services.

I had Lynsey from Reids Rains Estate Agent in my home for a valuation quite recently and was very impressed with the expertise offered. I felt that I was valued as a potential customer and given honest and genuine advice of how to take things forward should I wish to by her. I will most definitely use this estate agent if I decide to sell and feel confident that the sale of my house will be in good hands.

Really positive selling experience. The team at Reeds Rains were extremely efficient and really helpful. Seven weeks from valuation to completion of sale at asking price tells the best story. Can't recommend the team at Carrickfergus highly enough.

The fab 4 Lyndsey, Debbie, Alia and Lisa (and apologies to any of the team I haven't met but who have helped). From valuation to completion you couldn't ask for better. Nothing is too much trouble for the ladies. An open and honest valuation of the property was done by Lyndsey, property on the market and sold within 2 weeks. Debbie in particular has supported us all the way (aided by Alia and Lisa when Debbie wasn't available). If you want an estate agents that delivers then this is the place to go - thank you all so much ladies :-)

The team at Reed Rains have been fantastic support throughout the process of buying our first home. As first time buyers we've asked a lot of questions and the team have been quick to respond via email, kept us up to date on progress and continuously advised what the next steps are. We'll definitely use in future (should we ever want to leave our new home that is!) Thank you again for all your help.

We have been so impressed by the standard and quality received from everyone in Reeds Raines Carrickfergus branch. Every single person has been so friendly and approachable from the very beginning and we could not fault the service provided. It has been so comforting to know that someone is always there at the other end of the phone to reassure you of any questions or problems you may have. We have felt fully supported in our journey and are so grateful to everyone for their continued support and guidance. We highly recommend Reeds Raines Carrickfergus.

Super happy with the service I received and they where always there to help with an issues i had or if anything came up they contacted me asap. Supported me every step of the way and I even used the mortgage adviser and everything was so easy as they told me exactly what they needed and always sent an email to confirm everything that was said over the phone. I was a first time buyer and they made it so easy and painless for me that I would have no trouble using them again.

Big thanks to the Carrick team for the support and more importantly incredible communication when renting and then recently selling my house. I had my house on the market with another local agent for 12 months and yes the market conditions were difficult however the communication and customer service were unacceptable. Left with a bad taste after this experience I then decided to rent my house out and with good fortune made contact with the Reeds Rains Carrickfergus team who found me fantastic tenants and managed the property(which I would recommend even the odd handyman jobs were managed by them) We then decided the time was right to sell and what an altogether different experience from the other local agent. Communication and professionalism in supporting me through the process. Regular calls to keep me informed of viewings and all over just good communications. Lynsey, Alia, Lisa, Debbie - many thanks for all your help.

I was renting a property through reeds rains in carrickfergus and can honestly say they where the most helpful staff. I had a great time renting through this estate agency and my whole time in the rented property couldn't of gone smoother. I also used reeds rains to purchase my first house they made everything so simple and helped me and my girlfriend so much along the way. I highly recommend them and couldn't be more happy with the service they provided. Thank you.
