Facebookno communication from agents even after several emails sent and telephone calls awful customer service

Dear Stuart, I am sorry that you have not experienced the level of customer service that you would expect nor that we would want to or normally deliver. As per our reply to your early email, in light of the Covid-19 situation, like many businesses, we have reduced staff levels and also a higher than usual level of enquiries. Inevitably this increases the time taken to respond to correspondance which despite our best efforts is something that is beyond our control at this time. The property that you were enquiring about had a particularly high level of interest and it is unfortunate that you were not the first to put a Holding Deposit down on it. As advised on the aforementioned email, we will contact you if this application does not proceed. I hope that you find a suitable property soon and will be happy to assist with this in any way if we are able and have something that you are interested in. Adrian.
