GoogleShould be an option for 0 stars. House we moved into was absolutely filthy there can’t have been a cleaner. Yet they’ve charged us for cleaning after moving out when we did so ourselves and know that the money will not be put towards …

GoogleI loved my experience with The Living Room, felt very welcome and the staff are very friendly. There is not a single poor quality property. All properties are nice sizes on quiet streets.

GoogleAmazing! Many thanks to Ciara - because of her we have found a house we all love! Nothing was too much for any staff members. Extremely friendly. Wish we had used TLR sooner!

GooglePoor service, as I travelled all the way to Cardiff with a booked appointment to see a studio, as I arrived at the location, they told me somebody paid for the deposits and ask me to look for a different studio. He reason I went to them is because the living room Swansea branch provided an extremely good and professional service, same thing happen but the one in Swansea said to me because I made the appointment first, they will let me see the house and decided first. I will never use this agency again, I can no longer trust them with my deposits.

GoogleSpent just over two years with this letting agency and have only good things to say about them. The staff are all friendly and exceptionally helpful, especially when first finding the right property. Any problems with the property were easy discussed and quickly fixed during my tenancy and the staff were always respectful of personal space and time. I've used many letting agencies in the past and could not recommend the Living Room more highly.

GoogleRented with The Living Room for 5 years as a student and can't recommend them enough. Efficient but relaxed lettings agent who were always quick to respond to any concerns that we had and gave us a very personalised experience throughout our time renting through them. No complaints at all!

GoogleNot so much the agency itself but the landlords they employ are next to useless and will do everything they can to rip you off having lived at 29 ernald place I strongly suggest you do not rent off that landlord as he ha left the house in squalid conditions and did nothing about it for four months until we finally threatened to withhold rent and take him to court.

GoogleBeen with them for 2 years - and they are a great agency! Professional, very student-friendly, understanding, quick to respond to any issues, and made sure my deposit was returned - therefore great to rent from! Highly recommend the agency and their team to any potential students/professionals in Cardiff!

GoogleNot good enough unfortunately, expected alot better, can be friendly, big shame about priorities though (they booked a new tenant a viewing for next academic year before helping to deal with a mouse and rat infestation... I'm allergic to mice and rats)

GoogleI've been to a lot of estate agents and never met a group as friendly as these. They are friendly, non pushy, and happy to help answer any questions, even when not relevant to their property. A good range of properties for different needs and fees aren't as expensive as most. Would recommend

GoogleAmazing service, lovely people. Highly recommended if you're looking for an easy way to get into a really lovely property. It's rare to find a reasonable agent with brilliant land lords as well as an affordable agency fee; The Living Room manage this easily! Definitely one of the best letting agents in Cardiff :)
5/5
GoogleEfficient and friendly service. Unlike other agents they don’t abandon tenants after taking their money off them. The amazing thing is that they don’t seem to advertise much. They do it all on personal recommendation which in this day and age is remarkable.

GoogleThe best agency I have ever dealt with. Only agency that did not try to make money by silly deductions when you try to move out. Always friendly and there to help. Would highly recommend.
