GoogleWe contacted Michelle about a short term let whilst in the midst of our own domestic crisis at our home and she was fantastic. She bent over backwards to show us the property and made sure we could move in quickly. The property is beautiful and exactly as described. She has been very quick to respond to all of our queries and she even left us (and the dog) some treats when we moved in! We couldn't have asked for anything more.

GoogleI have been a tenant for a few months now with this company. The application process was simple, stress free and didn't ask any irrelevant questions. Since taking up residence there have been a few maintenance things to fix but they are fixed quickly with no bother. Michelle, the director, is great and always on hand to help. If you are looking for a letting agent with an informal communication style and great customer service, Gray House is a sure pick.
