GoogleI have just moved out of a property that was managed by Michelle and her team. Michelle went above and beyond for us as a family. During what was a difficult time for us she ensured that we were treated more than just tenants every step of the way. Michelle and her team were attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Michelle and her team, 5 star service.

GoogleThe whole moving process was so easy and Michelle was incredibly helpful with customer service and care. There were a couple of maintenance things needing to be sorted and Keith came to deal with them right away. Overall a brilliant letting agency.

GoogleI’ve known the team at the gray house letting & property management through BNI here in Cardiff, we’re in the same chapter, so I’ve seen how they operate behind the scenes as well as what they deliver for clients. What stands out is how personal they are. Talking to them is much more direct and real compared to a lot of letting agents, no bs, just straight, helpful conversations. They’re great at looking after the properties properly too, which makes a big difference for landlords. You can tell they focus on keeping things running smoothly so it’s stress free experience from start to finish every time. I totally trust the gray house letting & property management and would happily recommend 👍

GoogleI have recently moved into a property managed by The Gray House and can honestly say they are the best agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They are always so cheerful over the phone and always happy to help with any query I’ve had since moving in. I met Michelle on the day I moved in and she’s was so lovely and professional and provided me with everything I needed to know about the property. I recently submitted a maintenance request out of hours and Keith immediately contacted me and did his best to help me resolve the issue. I’m used to having to wait a few days for things like this but with the Gray House I don’t have that problem. These guys are great agents and I highly recommend them to anyone hoping to rent through them or anyone wanting to find a managing agent for their property!!!

GoogleWe ask for viewings one of this agency's property. They told me landlord doesn't want children. Ironically they don't write this details in rightmove.co.uk adverts People just wasting time for this kind of detail. Fill in the form, no response, waited 2 days, when I talked with them they told me landlord doesn't want children. Why don't you write in this detail. Furthermore they said we replied, but I actually did NOT, ask me more details which gave them via email, I waited, I only learned when I called them otherwise they did NOT call me or emailed me!no response when I called them finally I learned it. Even that time I told them why you didn't respond me they apologise it.

Regrettably, whilst you were disappointed with the landlords choice, it is their property and we adhere to our clients instructions in addition to the advertising rules code of practice. We are not permitted to use the wording "no children" on the description however, this does not detract from the fact the landlord will not accept an application with children in the property. We are saving you time by not progressing with an application that would have no future. In regards to the 2 days, your initial enquiry came in at 10pm Wednesday and was replied to the following morning at 10am (1 hour after we opened).
