Hi Sue, I just wanted to reach out and apologise for any miscommunication. We did not receive your message and therefore were quite a surprise to see this review. Since then, we have had numerous phone calls to firstly apologies, understand how the call/message didn’t make it to us and rectify the issue. Unfortunately, this occurred over a bank holiday weekend and the office was closed, as stated on google. I understand the reason you called us was for a market appraisal after receiving excellent service on a viewing that you had with one of our staff members. I believe this review is an unfair assessment as we would never turn down a market appraisal, especially after receiving such positive feedback from the enjoyable viewing experience you had with us. I hope you found an agent that will sell your property and we wish you the best of luck with it.
