GoogleCorporate greed springs to mind when I think of Seel & Co, who were incredibly rude, hostile and stubborn to listen to anything stated prior to purchasing our property. It is such a shame to see that they are only interested in money, instead of actively helping anyone that owns one of their homes. If I had knew that beforehand I probably wouldn't have even considered purchasing our property. Hopefully we don't have any contact (or at least minimal content) with this company ever again.

GoogleUnbelievable that a company of this size has no web based system to check payments for management services and no facility to pay by direct debit. Operate very unethically and would not recommend them to anyone.

Dear Mr Roche, We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the payment options we currently provide. We appreciate that we have recently removed the Direct Debit Payment Facility, however Clients are still able to pay via the following payment methods: BACS Transfer Telephone Cheque In person at our office Monthly & Quarterly by Standing Order. Although we encourage leaseholders to pay in accordance with the terms of their lease, we are mindful that some residents are not in the position to pay their service charge in full and therefore we provide flexible payment options as above. We are in the process of introducing an on-line client portal which will allow 24/7 access to review your balance, make payment and access important site specific information. We will write to you to provide more information in the near future. RH Seel & Co Ltd are a family run medium sized company and offer payment methods in line with larger competitors.

GoogleGot flooded out over 2 weeks ago still sleeping in my livingroom as en suite still absolutely stinks. Waiting for paper work which have not come yet to make a claim. I have Been advice to go to see citizens advice . If the pipes were checked none of this would have happened

Thank you for your review Janet. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances surrounding insurance and back log the time frame was out of our control. As for the pipes being checked, again unfortunately unless there is an issue, or ongoing problem we are un aware of a plumber wouldn’t be engaged to attend the property. GoogleTerrible company. Utterly incompetent and mismanaged. We pay so much for service fees and it is not reflected in the service at all. I am always chasing them up to resolve issues in our building and they use the most expensive companies to contract. Awful.

GoogleWould not recommend this company for block management, unorganised, hidden fees, poor customer service. please avoid!!!! This company keeps changing their monthly fees. When I have tried to contact the company the staff have been very intimidating and unhelpful.
