GooglePeter Alan recently provided us with a market appraisal and a valuation report for our house. We were really pleased with the service, Charlotte was very helpful and able to answer all the questions that I had and provide advice on preparing the property for selling. I would definitely recommend this service!

GoogleI bought my house through Peter Alan-Victoria Park and through absolutely no fault of theirs, it wasn't an easy process. Richard and his team were always there and stepped in whenever they could to help push things through towards completion. I'm now a happy house owner.

GoogleWe returned home as we assumed that the viewing on our house had taken place or been cancelled as there was no communication from Peter Alan. We were about to sit down to eat, when the agent turned up with the potential buyers over 1 and 1/4 hours late for the viewing. Peter Alan did not have the courtesy to let us know they were running late, they just showed up with people while were there. We were so embarrassed, we had to quickly tidy up again, to enable the viewing to take place. How hard is to text or call to let us know??Totally unprofessional. If I could score zero stars I would.

GoogleRichard did the most amazing job selling our home. We live in Australia so good communication was so important to me. All my emails were addressed within 24 hours and I was 100% clear on what was happening in relation to the sale of our home. In addition, Our house was on the market for less than 1 month before PA found a buyer. We previously had this house rented with another office and Richard did us the extra favours of coordinating all the keys and hand over too! I Thought selling a house from the other side of the world would be incredibly stressful but it’s been an absolute dream with PA Victoria Park. Thanks team!

GoogleFantastic service. I would like to particularly praise Chris Robinson. His positive outlook, knowledge, being on hand and I believe going just that above and beyond has been amazing. He is an utter credit to Peter Alan and I cannot thank him enough. In addition I would like to point out Charlotte Phillips, formerly of Victoria Park branch, for everything she has done for me.
