GoogleThe whole team at Peter Alan Victoria Park have been exceptional. We had a tough time in our purchase with solicitors who were slow and not communicative, however Peter Alan persisted and got answers when we needed them and always rang back when they said they would! A particular shout out to Chris, who went the extra mile on numerous occasions and ensured exchange would happen, despite solicitor push back. Wouldn't want to use any other estate agent in the city to sell with. Thanks very much Peter Alan Victoria Park!

GoogleI dealt with Peter Alan Victoria Park branch for the sale of my house in Fairwater, Cardiff. It was my first time with Peter Alan, but I would definitely use them again. I knew Heather Ball from a previous agents (whose service went incredibly downhill when she left) I was delighted to work with Heather again as she is incredibly professional, reliable and efficient. I live in Ireland, so selling a house back in Wales, whilst I was not there and could not travel back (particularly with the pandemic) was stressful, so knowing it was in trusted hands with Heather made a real difference and it sold amazingly quickly despite the timing challenges with lockdown. Thank you Heather and Peter Alan, I really appreciate all your efforts.

GoogleWe couldn't be any happier with Peter Alan (Victoria Park) and how amazing they were at helping us sell our house. Above and beyond what I was expecting from any estate agent! Charlotte was absolutely brilliant from day one in valuing our house and was able to get it to sell for 20k more than had we gone with a different estate agent! She took a genuine interest in the house and was more committed and professional than previous people we'd used - night and day! Peter Alan made everything so easy for us by helping out at literally every stage of the selling process and completely took all the stress away. We can't thank them enough really. I wouldn't hesitate to use Peter Alan again and highly recommend!

GoogleRich (Richard Bennett) and the team at Peter Alan were absolutely amazing!! We’ve just completed on our new home in Victoria Park and I just have to shout from the roof tops how good he and his team were. From the first day, they were tentative to our needs. We were nervous, but they took all the stress out of the situation and launched our property at an Open House. It ran so smoothly and we also got 20k plus over the asking price!!! Not only did they sell our home but Richard was instrumental in securing our onward purchase, this was such a big deal for us and he went out of his way to help. We now have our dream home!! I honestly believe that it was more than just a house sale to Rich, he was more than just an estate agent, he was a friend and I would truly recommend the guys to everyone!!! Charlotte was always on hand with help and advice, and Will came round with my spare key when I locked myself out! GoogleUtterly disgraceful. I wanted a flat without a water meter. By telephone and face-to-face their agent Joanne Shears lied twice to me that there was definitely no water meter. Through that double deception, Peter Alan of Cardiff got me to pay £1,490 and sign a 6 month contract. That same day I found the water meter. So I surrendered the keys and wanted out of the contract but they are contesting it, wanting me to pay the full 6 months term. All liars go to Hell. Lying hell-bounds, deceitful, untrustworthy, uncivilised, hostile, swindling, thieving, contemptible, abhorrent, appalling staff. They chose to get me to sign the contract through double-deceit on the hottest day of the year, when Cardiff buses were not running fully due to the Olympics, knowing that I had skin cancer. That is how cruel and callous they are.
