GoogleAvoid if you want estate agents that actually do their jobs and don't leave you with a flooded kitchen.

GoogleAs a young professional female just out of university, I am so wholly impressed with the staff at Peter Alan. Considering I have rented blind through the Covid-19 pandemic, the staff, specifically Justin, have gone far out of their way to find me a brilliant property and keep in good contact. They have made what was a stressful and uncertain time, the complete opposite; I am very grateful for all they have done for me. The property itself is the best I have rented thus far (and I've seen some poor places as a student!) Will absolutely rent from them again in the future.

GoogleIt was a really difficult time trying to rent a property for my family during the students season. However, it is a delightful experience to communicate with one of the agents Chloe Morris who is very nice and professional. Finally we got a satisfied place. That really matters. Would recommend.

GoogleAmazing service from Justin and The Team! Couldn't have asked for a more professional and organized team to help me move to Cardiff, no question was ever too much to put them, and I was always greeted in their office like a friend. I highly recommend coming in and having a chat with the team if you're thinking about renting. Thank you again for making what I thought would be a grouling task a pleasure.

GoogleI have 6 rental flats in Cardiff all managed by Peter Alan's City Centre Branch. Justin McBarnet, Dafydd Williams and their team do a first-class job. I get sound strategic advice on how to manage and develop the properties, trustworthy tenants, and complete attention to the day-to-day administration and maintenance. I feel I couldn't be in better hands.

GoogleVery polite young man called Emrys helped me and my partner find a new flat. Was very kind and accomadating to our needs, and we never felt pressured into putting an offer in like we have with other estate agents. Very professional company and would happily find a house through them again.

GoogleVery good letting agency, the most competent and friendly one we've encountered. Chloe and Rhianydd have been particularly friendly and helpful. Haven't had any issues with deposit so far but we're confident everything will go well.
