GoogleNorthover & Williamson have been administering the rental of our house for the last 15 years. The firm is so professional and everyone is honest with all their administration work. They are very trustworthy. They administer everything for us and do all the rental logistics including the maintenance , bills ..etc. We don't need to do anything from our end, just receive the monthly rental. Having them as our rental agency for many years is the best evidence that we are extremely happy with this family run business. We would recommended them unreservedly as a great estate agent.

GoogleWe have just bought our first home with Northover & Williamson. They are professional, friendly and very helpful. We had quite a few questions as first time buyers and they were more than happy to answer any queries and offer advise to us. they never made us feel stupid about any questions we had. From calling to book a viewing to the exchange of contracts, they kept us up to date with progress. Having previously dealt with a few other estate agents we felt that Abi and Damian really wanted to help us find our home and that is exactly what they did. We can’t recommend them highly enough! If we ever sell or buy in the future we will definitely be calling Northover & Williamson to help us. We absolutely love our new home. Thanks again 😊

GoogleWe recently moved from Cardiff and used Northover & Williamson to sell our property, the service was excellent and they handled all the sales and administration details in a very efficient and professional manner. We were kept informed at all times and a special mention must go to Abi who was extremely courteous and went the extra mile to help the sale and succesful move go without a hitch. GoogleHad one viewing where they were 45 mins late then anther viewing they never showed up and could get hold of them on the phone, as they all have lunch at the same time.

As we mentioned at the time, our agent was delayed due to an unforeseen hold-up with her previous appointment, and she is currently in the process of training. We understand that this may have been frustrating for you and can only apologise. Regarding the second viewing, this appointment was cancelled, due to the seller having accepted an offer, a phone call was made to confim this and a cancellation email was sent shortly after. Our office has designated lunch hours from 12:30 to 13:30 to allow our staff a well-deserved break, and we make every effort to communicate this clearly to our clients. We genuinely value your feedback and always strive to provide the best possible service. As a family-run agency, reviews like this are especially impactful to us. GoogleLandlords DO NOT USE! Arranged a checkout with this company 4 weeks in advance only to be let down with less than 24hrs notice by email. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. This is after trying multiple times to contact them by phone, with none of my calls returned. There was no explanation offered as to why, just an apology. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OUTFIT! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!
