Absolutely five star service from start to finish. Every member of the team from Chanel to Charlotte and all the other girls who helped along the way was amazing and made the whole buying process smooth and stress free. A special mention to Charlotte who saw me through the entire process. She was incredible, always helpful, professional and quick to respond to any questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or sell and I would not hesitate to purchase through them again in the future. Thanks again to the whole team.

We would give them 10 stars. Gave these guys a really tough job and asked them to sell our bungalow in quite a short window. Having tried earlier in the year with another larger local estate agent and having had such a bad experience we were a bit scarred from the selling experience. However Helen and her team (all of them) were absolutely amazing, communication was on point, viewings were relevant (not many tyre kickers), valuation was realistic and the sales process was relatively painless. Only thing that made it painful was the buyers solicitors but Helen and her team pushed it along as best they could and communicated daily about it. Highly recommend and would 100% use again, and their fees are waaaay cheaper than the other people we used. If you’re looking to sell and tempted to go with the other agent, try these guys first. Please don’t get bowled over by a stupid high valuation from another agent, go with these guys, realistic but strong valuations, quicker sales process and amazing, thorough communication. Whilst buying our first home from Northover we was dealing with Abigail Williamson and she was amazing, it was a very long process and she was constantly calling us to give us an update even if there wasn't much of one she would still call to let us know what was going on and what we was wating for etc, she made our very stressful journey an easy one, she was amazing! I jointly owned the property with my 2 sisters which we sublet through an agency. When we decided it was time to sell up we approached 3 estate agents. We found that Williamson were the most approachable, by far, and gave us the best advice, particularly as we were selling with tenants intact. They also had a much better pricing structure. They very quickly found a potential buyer who eventually went on to buy the property. During the course of this process we had several queries which were always answered quickly and professionally. I first met Helen and Abi on selling my Mums house as an executor. I liked that they were professional and polite but friendly too. So much so, when i came to sell my own house, i was happy for them to take charge. I had only ever part exchanged on new houses so felt some concern about selling and moving on my own. Helen and the team went above and beyond to help us complete on the day we selected, regardless of the delays caused through solicitors with poor communication. We managed to get the keys at the very last minute of the solicitors closing, and Northover & Williamson were happy to wait for us to get to the office to collect before they closed. I purchased my first home with Northover and Williamson and I am so thankful to have bought my home from them. They were all so supportive and a great attentive service. We had a smooth process, continuous status updates and reassurance all the way through the process, from viewing houses to the day we received the keys. Moreover, they do their upmost best to tailor to your needs, in my case, we liked a house that had a lovely hallway, however, the property was sold. The estate agents at Northover & Williamson had us in their thoughts, therefore, when another property came up with the similar features to the one we liked they phoned us straightaway. That phone call we cannot express how thankful and appreciative we are because the home I have now, is THE ONE. Why Williams & Co are the best I had to sell my late mums house as Executor of her estate. I made the mistake of going to a useless estate agent D who wasted my time for 20 weeks with not one enquiry. As for communication its as if they disappeared. I changed to Williams and Co which are a family run company of the most happy, helpful and friendly ladies you could ever meet. Professional, efficient, clear on detail, supportive, communicative, caring, diplomatic and less expensive than the other useless lot. They made a very difficult time for me so much more easier. Always keeping in touch and great advice on direction of travel to successful outcomes. I have run a lot of business with sales people working for me and if I was still working and not retired I would have loved a team like these ladies whose attitude to work is a huge benefit to those who use their services. Where do we start… We were recommended Williamson and Co by our mortgage advisor and wow - the service has not disappointed. For valuation of our property we were allocated Olivia who has not only exceptional customer service but who has been supportive and knowledgeable throughout our process. She allocated the perfect price to our property which allowed it to sell within 10 days. Coming up to the completion of the sales, Olivia then handed over to Helen who again has been supportive and knowledgeable. A phone call or an email was never to much trouble; and when we experienced issues with our buyers solicitors Helen ensured that we had enough support and decided to contact all solicitors to speed up the process. Ladies, you are an absolute credit to yourselves and all the work you do - a huge thank you! We will definitely be recommending you to all our family and friends and we cannot wait to use you again in a few years time for us finding our forever home. Northover & Williamson is a family firm with traditional ideals, including integrity and excellent customer service. I needed a valuation of my Mum’s semi-detached, for probate purposes. The larger estate agents were efficient. Northover & Williamson’s representative was professional too, but their particular qualities of a warm and personal approach, sound advice and guidance, and expert local knowledge, meant that I chose them to sell the house. Their bespoke service continued with superior photographs, marketing material and communications, which produced several offers on the same day the house went up for sale. Throughout the selling process, Northover & Williamson kept me fully informed, liaised with my solicitor, and maintained a watchful eye on the empty property. I highly recommend estate agents Northover & Williamson, whose excellent staff are a credit to their profession.
