GoogleOne of the better estate agents. No complaints, had two minor issues that was promptly resolved and had most by deposit returned (I broke the shower my bad sorry).

GoogleBest property management in Cardiff! They do not charge hidden charges! As a landlord I get asked before any work has been undertaken on the property! The cost is agreed in advance! Very helpful and reliable agents! My property is usually rented within less than 2 weeks!! Amazing service.

GoogleI am a tenant with Interlet and have found them to be really honest and helpful. Our microwave broke and we were given a brand new one a couple of days later! This is the same for other things, they are always willing to change stuff if we are not happy. This is the polar opposite to the agency I was last with (CPS) who I found to be very rude and unhelpful, and always promising things that never happened.

GoogleAmazing letting agency in the heart of Cathays! They were very professional and their management to our student house was amazing. They responded to all our requests immediately and carried out all maintenance tasks very fast compared to the other agencies we have been with. They do actually care about their tenants. Everything ran smoothly during the tenancy and no complaints at all,. Highly recommend them as an agency is Cathays!

GoogleVery nice and professional letting agency. They are polite and honest, and are quick to respond to any problems with the property we rented. We are very pleased with them, and the fact that they take care of issues right away. Genuine people with an excellent service, would highly reccomend, as the majority of the student letting agencies in the surrounding area are dishonest, provide poor service, and are extremely unreliable dealing with maintenance issues.

GoogleAfter trying to call for almost half an hour a girl answers me I explain that I call her because I am interested in a property and this hangs up the phone. I try to call back several times but they keep detaching the call. Agency not serious

GoogleI rented a lovely flat from Interlet for two years. During which time I found them polite, professional and always willing to bend over backwards to help me an my flatmate. Having rented properties from several agencies in Cardiff over the years, I can honestly say that Interlet are miles ahead of the rest in every respect. Thanks for a great two years guys!

GoogleGave me appointment for a viewing on a Monday, I took the day off from work, only to receive an SMS 40 min before the appointment time that it has been rented, while on the train to Cardiff. Very unprofessional! Deserve a 0 star if there was one!

GoogleExcellent letting agency always thoroughly professional and polite throughout my tenancy with them. I would recommend them to other students, especially considering some of the horror stories I have heard about other Cardiff letting agencies from my friends.
