GoogleThe most rubbish let agency I've ever come across in my life. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. The staff are rude and unhelpful. They avoid emails about basic things related to tenancy. You couldn't pay me money to get into a contract with them. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Tell your friends, families and even foes.

GoogleI have used 5+ Letting agents in the central Cardiff area, and Imperial was BY FAR the worst and least pleasant. The Staff are rude and Immediately defensive, and as a business have several hidden bills within their contracts. GoogleThey will loot you if you are an international student. They will ask you 2 months deposited and will do anything to hold on to it. They care more about the landlord than the tenant. GoogleGenerally positive experience, dealing with accounting was positive, the gentleman is very accomodating and polite. Had a few issues with deposit handling at the end of the tenancy but was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, so kudos to the company.

GoogleTry and charge you for things that don't exist. Avoid at all costs. Be care some estate agents work for this one so check with them before agreeing to view a house. There's plenty of decent estate agents that won't try and rip you off.
