GoogleTo be fully transparent, haven't moved into the flat yet but I'm reviewing the estate agency and not the property or landlord! Maz was helpful from the get go, and Jess has been stellar with the admin process. So 5/5 for me, highly recommended for how easy they made the entire process (which was incredibly stressful on my end), and I anticipate any issues that may arise will be promptly handled on their end.

GoogleJust visited the office....everyone working in the office at Richmond road are very friendly and made us understand everything clearly and everything was smooth from the start.Maz was friendly and explained every process while viewing ,Leeanne was always there to support via calls and did all necessary requirements at the earliest possible and Kelle did let us know necessary things to be noted which made everything clear about the house we are shifting to .Purely professional work .Thank you.

GoogleI have only been with imperial for 3 months, but the whole process and renting is already much better than I have experienced with other Lettings companies in Cardiff. Friendly staff on the lettings team, especially Leanne who has treated us very well and responds quickly to emails. Landlord is very good too, property is kept clean and painted. Very impressed.

GoogleMy experience has been great so far. Leeanne and the team are really quick to respond and have been very helpful. I've been in a vulnerable spot since my divorce, and to have them support me and give me a safe place to live has been wonderful. Genuine thanks to the team for being so fab.

GoogleI would describe the duration of my tenancy with Imperial Services as uneventful but underwhelming. Once after my tenancy ended however, the return of my deposit was delayed to over 8 months after the end date of my tenancy. When asked by the deposit scheme for evidence to support their claims they simply did not respond. If Imperial Services had not formally disputed a case where they later chose not to provide any evidence to support their claims then my deposit would have likely been returned in a reasonable time frame.

GoogleHorrible, Rude staff. We tried to get a property from them for a while. During the time we were talking with Imperial, I often felt undermined and received a very passive aggressive tone for not being able to provide certain documents just yet. I was on the brink of tears on the phone sometimes because i felt like she was threatening to take it away from us for not being quick enough with her and I needed housing so badly and I was doing my best. Suddenly we couldn’t get in contact over the phone and it went radio silent for a week or so. This happened right after she had mentioned she was not probably going to be able to hold the house much longer. There is a housing crisis in wales and me and my boyfriend were about to be homeless, we hadn’t been able to put down a holding fee or offer them any form of money yet despite offering, they had previously cancelled all our information randomly out of the system (and I had to convince them into putting it back). Due to our history with them, In the period of silence we’d assumed that they must of quietly dropped us once again and we were running out of time so we moved on with another property. It’s only a week later that we received a call angrily -shouting- at us for moving on and wasting their time. I agree I should of let them know sooner but I thought it was now out the question and getting through to them had become very difficult, this was an assumption that I shouldn’t of made but I also shouldn’t have received horrible language at me over the phone either. I’m so glad we had the opportunity to move on with another house, living in their property and constantly dealing with them sounded like a year of bullying and everything I’ve read in theses reviews appears to back me upNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleImperial Services delaying my deposit to give back, no response, very poor. Detected larger amount of deposit, even you give property clean and tidy. If you choose this agency you wont get deposit back, if ask evidence no response. Very poor service....

GoogleWe just moved in! Maz and Leanne were very supportive throughout the process. All the questions were cleared and I have to say the process was a bit delayed in the earlier stage but after they accepted the application everything was very structured and systematic.

GoogleThe staff are always friendly and helpful. Both Leanne and Maz especially. I’m very happy with how prompt they were in resolving my query about my deposit and how quickly I had it back. Also, they are very quick to respond to any maintenance issues that may arise. Everything is dealt with quickly and professionally with Imperial. I have been renting through Imperial since 2012 and am satisfied with the service provided.

GoogleI had incredible experience with imperial services, specifically with the leeanne, I can't sing her praises enough. Her assistance was absolutely invaluable throughout the entire process. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, what could have been a daunting experience was incredibly easy and smooth. She went above and beyond to help me to move in into a perfect apartment and made sure every detail was taken care of. I'm truly grateful for her outstanding service, and I highly recommend her to anyone in search of a fantastic rental experience. She's a true professional!

GoogleLeanne is a nightmare. Very unhelpful and rude. She made a friend of mine jump through hoops that I didn't have to (I think it's because he is from India) in regards to guarantors and the standards she set for him were different than for myself. Most letting agents are bad, these are another level of evil.

GoogleImperial Services has some truly beautiful listings to offer tenants, but even the most gorgeous of properties pales in comparison to the personable and exceptional service delivered by the Imperial agents, with Leanne Mole in particular standing out. After stressful weeks of flat hunting in a Cardiff rental market over-flooded by hopeful tenants, property viewings that never materialised, mostly uninterested and cold agents, meeting Leanne, was a breakthrough. From the moment I sat at her desk I felt listened to, respected, and confident that Imperial Services would find me the perfect home. I greatly appreciated her breaking down and explaining every aspect of the rental process, and guiding me through the application steps. If you want a beautiful property in a great location, efficiency, and unbeatable service, look no further than Imperial Services Cardiff!

GoogleVery happy with them service I received from Imperial. Throughout an 18 month let any issues I had with my property was resolved within 24 hours, apart from a washing machine which understandably needed to be out sourced. Getting my deposit back was a pain free experience, if you return your property how you received it you have no problem. The only downside is a £50 “move out inventory charge” which you agree to when you sign your tenancy so be careful of that. All staff were very friendly namely Maz and a girl from the midlands in the office. I wouldn’t heisitste to use Imperial again in the future

GoogleIf there was a choice of putting 0 stars i would, really bad customer servise we tried to rent a flat with them and not one of them tried to contact us not one of them gave as a phone to contact them and Maz the guy that supposedly helping us to rent it went on his annual leave and we did not get notified and not even given another agents name to contact them. Very unprofessional is the least i could say for them.

GoogleIt was discussing to talk to the Manager Leeanne and Kelly. They are not helpful and behave like a slave with the tanats. Not professional at all and I am 2 years tanant here but for first request from them during these 2 years I disappointed to be honest. It was really important that they corporate with me but unfortunately they didn't do anything for me.
