GoogleTerrible experience. Nothing got sorted and this was blamed on a back log of other issues? They also, Accused me of Defamation of a previous Review I did and was told to take it down. Went there to try and resolve it and was sent away. Avoid this company.

GoogleHaving been with Horizon Properties for almost 2 years they have been fantastic and we have had great houses both years. Any complaints are dealt with efficiently and office staff are friendly and try to help in any way they can. Good overall experience for us!

GoogleHad to call council in order for problems with the house to be sorted. Slow and unhelpful service when dealing with issues including deposit. Only quick service was when we were signing contract. Would not recommend

GoogleTerrible experience. With horizon 2015/2016. Tried to blame a broken microwave on us when it was already on the property before we moved in. Will take far too long to respond to issues effectively. Avoid.
