GoogleMy tenancy induction with FlatHomes could not have been better! The team have been so friendly and clear with all information I’ve needed to move into my new home. I even received a moving in goodie bag which other agencies don’t provide, I would highly recommend FlatHomes.

GoogleExcellent Professional and Prompt Service. They have answered all our questioned and help through the whole process of renting our now apartment. The apartment was professionally cleaned and all documents were properly done. The process was seamless and extremely happy about their service. GoogleThe whole team at flat homes have been great during my first few months of my tenancy. Communication is always quick, Jack has been especially helpful. Any maintenance issues have been resolved swiftly and Sam was wonderful responding to an out of hours call. I couldn’t recommend them more.

GoogleFlatHomes Priperty Services I have used for 15 years and Gwilym and his team have provided a non stressful time for me as a landlord as problems do arise now and then and things get sorted straight away with the support team in place. For those who are looking for an agent to run there properties these are a must they are profetional and give fantastic value for money and adhere to all the latest rules and regulations that are required. GoogleExcellent experience with Flathomes and in particular Jack. I was very tight for time with my tenancy ending and Jack managed to get me into a fabulous new flat in the city center within 2 weeks. He couldn't have been more helpful, would 10/10 recommend using Flathomes if interested in renting in Cardiff!

FacebookWhen we were looking for a rented property we found one that was exactly what we wanted and needed and Gareth at Flathomes was very helpful and professional while looking around the property and subsequently renting the property. If we needed any repairs etc Flathomes sorted it at their earliest convenience. When my Husband and I split up and I had to move out very quickly Gareth was very accommodating and nearly a year on after I vacated the property when I needed help with something recently Gareth didn’t hesitate to help me. Thank you Gareth and I would definitely fully recommend Flathomes x

GoogleJust completed a 10month tenancy via Flat Homes, most of which was through the Covid-19 pandemic! Have loved dealing with them, very professional, friendly and efficient. It made the whole ordeal less stressful and can't recommend them enough. Great team and a shout out to Sam who I dealt with most. If you need stress-free renting in Cardiff, Flat Homes needs to be on your list.

GoogleSamantha tried to convince me I owed thousands of unpaid fees that were not my responsibility. Unsure if she is criminal or just incompetent but if dealong with these guys email Gareth if you want a response from someone who knows what they are doing. It's a shame how one bad apple can ruin a good company

GoogleAbsolutely agreed with other reviews here. They lie in writing, verbally and any other opportunity they get. Had the most unpleasant experience - an ill-maintained dirty property was handed over, back tracking on agreed services and miscommunication about every bit of move-in info. Extremely unprofessional and far from transparent. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

GoogleFlat Homes provided excellent service in helping us move house during what is probably the most difficult time of year to do so. Their admin fees were affordable and their swift and friendly service meant we managed to acquire a rental property with as little hassle as possible. I would definitely recommend Flat Homes for anyone looking for rental accommodation.

GoogleThere's no way I could recommend using this unprofessional letting agency. They often lie and make things up. I would recommend recording all conversations at viewings. At my viewing I was told that all furniture within the home could be removed but on paying my deposit this was denied which meant that I had to put 2 hideous sofas into storage at great cost over the term of the contract. Avoid these cowboys. Good luck

The property always was and always has been advertised as furnished, the same sofas you have mentioned are being used with the current tenants who seem to be happy with their condition. GoogleI had electrical maintenance work done today at my property by Callum and Ismail. They were really professional and very friendly. They worked really hard and I was really impressed at how efficiently the jobs were finished. They cleared up and hoovered afterwards and left the property spotless. They are an asset to Flat Homes, I cannot praise them highly enough.
