TrustpilotFantastic apartment
I recently purchased an apartment off plan in Jersey with the help & guidance from Kerry Rogers who was so helpful & kept me updated up to completion. The quality finish is excellent & I am so happy with the apartment. All the Dandara team were very professional & Terri Booth from lettings was excellent in finding me suitable tennants.

TrustpilotGreat experience with Dandara
I had a fantastic experience viewing properties in Crowborough. Elliot, who showed me around, was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the development and the buying process. I am just starting my journey as a first-time homebuyer and found the experience with Dandara to be excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the show homes were impressive.

TrustpilotDandara should have no stars
Dandara should have no stars ! I’ve lived in Monarch Gardens for 3yrs and they still can’t sort out the issue with my guttering as it should run away from my house to the downpipe and instead it runs to mine causing dampness.Never buy a Dandara home.

The team was able to help find a really nice place before arriving on the island, which made my move ten times easier. They were also very responsive via email, which made liaising with the landlord and sorting out handover of the keys fairly seamless considering the circumstances.
