GoogleRented a flat for 18 months with CS Properties and we can't fault them. They've been great from start to finish! Very professional and always kept us updated with inspections etc. Just ended our tenancy and have been allowed our bond back would highly recommend and would love to rent off them again in the future

GoogleDisappointed, impossible to get an answer quick enough so keep missing out on properties. Have struggled to find a property in Cardiff and when I do and contact the agents they take too long to answer/will not pass all the details I put forward to the landlords.

GoogleMy favoured agency to rent out my flats. They take the effort out of finding good people and sort out all the paperwork and the jobs that need sorting in between tenants to make sure all is in order for both the landlord and the tenant. This is why I keep using them.

GoogleAvoid this company don't use them they won't give you the holding fee back if they decline you. That's £200 of your money basicly stolen Avoid at all costs will tell everyone i meet very Disappointed

Hello Gregory, Thank you for expressing your disappointment. It is perfectly standard practice for Letting Agents to take a holding fee. This is used to cover the costs incurred by us during the referencing process, where we conduct credit and background checks on you. This was clearly explained to you at the viewing, before you paid the holding fee, and even after you paid the holding fee via the declaration form that was sent to you. Due to reasons you are aware of, we were unable to accept your application but despite this we were prepared to work with you and try to negotiate with our Landlord so you didn't lose out. However you responded instructing not to do this as you wanted to find another property. If you want us to re-open negotiations for you, we'd be happy to do so. All the best Gregory, Kate

GoogleI just had a bad experience with CS properties. They have cancelled my viewing of a flat twice, with 40 minutes notice citing 'an office problem', and today with 15 minutes notice citing 'double booking'. Not cool...

GoogleUnprofessional would honestly be an understatement, in a Houseshare of 20 people not one single person had avoided being aggrieved by this Company. The Director Chris Spiteri and co should honestly be ashamed of their treatment of housemates and the inhumane way they communicate.
