GoogleSince the beginning of our letting procedure, Cardiff Lettings treated me and my partner with consideration and professionalism. Some necessary works were arranged quickly and all the problems were resolved efficiently and with minimum disruption to our daily schedules (we are both professionals and this was quite important). When we had a water leak from the washing machine they immediately arranged for a plumber to come, and the issue was resolved in just a few hours. They are always very polite and respond promptly to our emails. We are very happy with their behavior and their overall attitude. They are highly recommended.

GoogleEvery time i call I get told that its another colleague dealing with the property and they don't know anything about it. after multiple days of calling them they tell me : ''sorry but the property is gone''. The ''application in progress'' happened after multiple days of calling and being send away.
Good afternoon, as notified we have an application in progress and that is why we are not conducting any further viewings at this time.

GoogleTerrible service from these. They don’t answer phone calls for 2 days straight or respond to voicemails. Email service took 36 hours for a response. They cancelled a viewing 1 hour prior to me going with the reason of in-house maintenance. If I was a landlord I’d be questioning why their properties aren’t being rented out quick enough. Wouldn’t recommend

GoogleNever ever answer their phones. Extremely rarely respond to emails. Really difficult to communicate any rental issues due to this. I would have no idea how to contact them incase of emergency which is not good.

I am sorry to hear of your experience, however if I am not mistaken your tenancy was being managed directly by the landlord after you moved in, which would have been explained to you at the start of your tenancy. If so, the landlord contact details are provided on your contract. Nevertheless, like most organisations, we did have staffing issues during COVID, however we certainly did check for messages and emails daily. We also send an email to our tenants in properties that we do manage with useful information at the start of their tenancy, including how to report any issues to us and what to do in the event of an emergency.
