Very Impressed!

We initially were in two minds as to whether it was the right time for our young family to move on. We had Chris from AQ out who answered all of our questions and there certainly was no hard sale. We felt like as a company they took the time to get to know us and our needs, we were more than just a number. We took the decision to go to market and with the immpressive marketing in place it wasnt long before we were presented with offers from buyers that were in a position to proceed. We were kept up to date throughout the process and we have recently moved into our new home. I wouldnt hesitate to use AQ again and i shall be calling them when its time for our next chapter! Thanks again to Chris and his Team.

I can't explain how professional these guys are, during my time with them I had the pleasure of filming with a number of their clients who all had nothing but amazing things to say about the whole team! Perfect experience

PROACTIVE AND HUNGRY!

After having my property on the market for 5 weeks with another agent on the island, (Wilson Wood) who over valued my house BY £25k, and had no sense of urgency, or any hunger to get us sold, I decided to give Anthony Quirk a go as they had been very persistent to gain my business. I really have to say Anthony Quirk were a completely different ball game and a breath of fresh air! From the outset the experience was different, professional photos, great web listing, particulars and everyone who worked there selling came and looked at the house so they knew exactly what it was like. Instantly we were inundated with viewings and after just two weeks they had got us two buyers which had made decent offers at the price what we wanted! I would highly recommend Anthony Quirk.... and wished I had of used them in the first place instead of wasting 5 weeks with an agent that just wasn't proactive!

A truly amazing experience with the AQ Team

A truly amazing experience with the AQ team! The sales team were very helpful selling my property before hitting the market and then finding me a new buyer within 24 hours of my old buyer pulling out. Rico and Ryan we’re especially helpful alongside Chris and Lenny progressing the sale and marketing the home! Would 100% recommend them and use them again. I’m very rarely compelled to write reviews for companies that I have used, however, I feel in this case I owe it to Anthony Quirk to give them credit where it’s due.I have both sold and purchased through Anthony Quirk and found both experiences to be quite fantastic. I’ve used many other estate agents over the years and for one reason or another I never quite clicked or the process never progressed how I would have hoped.When I approached Anthony Quirk Estate Agents, Chris came round and I told him what annoyed me about my previous sales and he asked me to give them a try as they were different to the others and assured me that they wouldn’t be like the previous ones I’ve used. I have to say, thankfully he was right.From the very beginning when Chris arrived for a valuation, through to viewings on my own property and potential purchases with Rico and Ryan, and then to the sales progression with Lenny, I found that I was able to build a relationship with each of them where we could discuss things openly and honestly and I felt that the set up was slick and very well managed. The chain ended up being quite a difficult one to manage and quite frustrating (through no fault of ours or AQ’s) However I’m pleased to say that they were very attentive and just as concerned as I was to get things moving. By working together we managed to resolve the issues at the other end of the chain and get an exchange.Had it been left for the rest of the chain to deal with the situation, and if it wasn’t for Lenny managing the sales progression on our behalf I can confidently say we would not have completed.So glad I went with Anthony Quirk, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone without hesitation and I will certainly use them, again if the need arises.Thank you!

We put our house up for sale with quirks at the beginning of the year, we found the experience easy and nice people, they sold it within a week.Unfortunately we couldn’t find anything that suited us at the time so we decided to pull out of the sale, felt very guilty to all concerned but quirks were very understanding.
