Some of the most helpful and interested estate agents I've met during the process of looking to buy (first home). The first person I spoke to got me chatting about what I was looking for and made detailed notes which were shared with other relevant branches. Not only did this mean I didn't have to repeat myself each time I dealt with them, but it also meant that well-informed members of staff from different offices within my search area contacted me prospectively. I was offered a tour of a number of properties which might be of interest without having to look through the hundreds available online. I was shown around a really great variety of properties which met my original criteria to a greater or lesser degree. Ultimately, while I went with something close to what I originally had in mind, seeing what's out there beyond what I'd have checked out from online listings really opened my mind to what I could achieve with my budget. I'm now in the process of buying and the AQ staff are just as knowledgeable, friendly and efficient as when I was searching. The company seems well-considered to put customer service at the forefront, and they've been a delight to deal with.

I have now bought and sold the same property using this Estate Agent. On both occasions I found them polite, professional and helpful. When it came to marketing the property and getting viewers through the door they were excellent and at one point had booked up 10 viewings in a single day, which certainly enabled me to get the best possible price for my property. I primarily had dealings with Chris, Ryan, Rico and Georgia and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property.

I’m very rarely compelled to write reviews for companies that I have used, however, I feel in this case I owe it to Anthony Quirk to give them credit where it’s due. I have both sold and purchased through Anthony Quirk and found both experiences to be quite fantastic. I’ve used many other estate agents over the years and for one reason or another I never quite clicked or the process never progressed how I would have hoped. When I approached Anthony Quirk Estate Agents, Chris came round and I told him what annoyed me about my previous sales and he asked me to give them a try as they were different to the others and assured me that they wouldn’t be like the previous ones I’ve used. I have to say, thankfully he was right. From the very beginning when Chris arrived for a valuation, through to viewings on my own property and potential purchases with Rico and Ryan, and then to the sales progression with Lenny, I found that I was able to build a relationship with each of them where we could discuss things openly and honestly and I felt that the set up was slick and very well managed. The chain ended up being quite a difficult one to manage and quite frustrating (through no fault of ours or AQ’s) However I’m pleased to say that they were very attentive and just as concerned as I was to get things moving. By working together we managed to resolve the issues at the other end of the chain and get an exchange. Had it been left for the rest of the chain to deal with the situation, and if it wasn’t for Lenny managing the sales progression on our behalf I can confidently say we would not have completed. So glad I went with Anthony Quirk, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone without hesitation and I will certainly use them, again if the need arises. Would highly recommend Anthony Quirk they have been wonderful from start to finish. All the staff are friendly and no matter what your worry, they are there to support you.
