Everybody at AQ were amazing from start to finish, we sold and brought through them and can not praise their patience , understanding and kindness at all. If it wasn't for them I would have given up .... they knew what we needed and wanted before we did and found our new home which is something we would have overlooked if on rightmove because it was a bungalow but ticked nearly every box for what we needed. I am forever grateful for everybody's hard work but Ryan especially who handled everything with positivity and kindness. The whole team were brilliant and I don't think any words I type will do them justice.

Met Ryan last week and handed him the keys to sell my property as I am not living there and left feeling I had made the right decision. Very honest, with no false promises, hard sell etc. He had the house on the market the very same day and kept me updated with viewings and feedback. Nine viewings with Three offers within a week and one accepted - amazing. I am sure the next stage will be just as professionally managed.

Where do I start ……..All of the team at Anthony quirk are incredible! Nothing is ever to much to ask of them and they are there to help you whenever you call!!! The whole team are so helpful, reliable and caring…. They actually care about you and not just the sale/ purchase of a property. My parents have used them multiple times and wouldn’t chose anyone else because they are the BEST!! 💛💛Especially with my mum who panics a lot and calls them endless amounts of times there is never any problems and Chris, Ryan and Rico always make her reassured in any situations😁😁💛💛I recently brought my first home and used bolt mortgages. Their work ethics are brilliant and Anthony was on the other end of the phone whenever I needed him! GoogleWe have just completed on our House sale in Romford and couldn't be happier with Anthony Quirk Estate Agents. We had a variety of agents give us a price and quoted different fees to help us sell however Anthony Quirk stood out by a country mile with how they structured what they charge and seemed to heap more pressure on themselves to perform than we did on them even though we were the customers. Chris, Lenise and the rest of the office thankyou so much. If we ever decide to move again we will be giving you a call.

GoogleAnthony Quirk are a fantastic estate agent! Worth every single penny!!!!!! Sold our house for more than expected and more than it was marketed at. One agency said we wouldn’t get more than X amount. We decided to use AQ and not only did they advise we can get 15k more, they sold it for 10k more than that!! Absolutely quality service! They set up a WhatsApp group with us, and the solicitors they recommended who we used, who were also fantastic!!! Always instants communication!! They say buying and selling is the most stressful thing, but the only stressful thing was actually packing up and moving! First class service and friendly as can be!!
