GoogleIt has been a long time coming but finally have sold and ready to move to my next home! Despite marketing my property at a time when mortgage rates were challenging, the team were on hand to answer my concerns, try different strategies and were relentless in speaking to prospective vendors to try and achieve the sale for me. I am pleased to be progressing with my sale now and have every confidence that it will be handled as swiftly as possible.

TrustpilotBest Estate Agents on the island!
Our first house fell through on a Monday with another estate agent. We put trust into AQ who organised multiple viewings, and in the space of 7 days, we managed to secure our new home. As first time buyers, the whole team were always on hand to answer any questions we had to put our minds at ease. A big shoutout to the whole team, in particular Chris and Lenny, for the support in the whole process. We will definitely use AQ again!
