I was assured that it would be made a good experience and it has been so far. Very informative and nothings too much trouble. Very friendly and I feel like I’m in good hands. GoogleWe originally had our property in the market, with a different estate agent in the summer of 2023, but didn't have any success. During this time Antony quirk & co, knocked on the front door and provided their details. I contacted them and they stayed in touch with me until I was ready to go back on the market. Rico and Emma attended an appointment and suggested a drone photo of our house as it appears small from the outside but is deceptively large and the drone photo will show the size of the property, which I felt was a good idea so we signed up. The photos were great, after a couple of drafts we accepted the advert and I must say the description very well written. They found us a buyer within a couple of months and we have exchanged contracts today. The chain was very challenging, but Lenny the sales progressor, was on the case and took alot of stress away; so thank you. Would I use Antony quirk & co again? My answer would be 'yes'. Everybody I have spoken to in the office have been professional and friendly, therefore I would recommend; thank you to all the team.

GoogleFrom start to finish they have incredible and we simple can’t fault them . Everyone has been so helpful and ensured the process has been as stress free as possible . The sales progression team have been amazing with Jayden helping with our solicitor paperwork and Tayla/ lenny keeping us updated constantly . We’ve have a few set backs , but tayla has been on the ball chasing up replies and getting things in place for us . Would highly recommended using them and will definitely be using in the future . Well what can I say about the team at AQ, I was very unsure about selling my house and very unsure about the process involved. Chris and Emma came round to do a valuation and it’s strange to say they made me feel welcome in my own home. They had the measurements done in speedy time and sat us down for an informal conversation they was there for about 20 minutes and in that time they answered all questions and told us everything we needed to know. With that said off they went and the very next morning we had 5 viewings booked in for that week, the first couple to come round Louis had shown around he was full of professionalism and knew what he was talking about he was quick to answer any catchy questions and again remained respectful to it still being our home which we still very much loved. The first couple had left and they placed an offer well above the asking price and i genuinely believe this was down to Louis and the team for how much they stressed the quality of the house for the asking price. Team AQ made the whole process so easy and comforting and always acted quickly and professional it was the added personal touches what did it for us, you can clearly see for these guys it’s not just a job it’s not just about selling houses but they have a genuine care for the clients involved.
