Even multiple of emails to follow, I was never to much for him, Can’t wait till we can find the perfect buy! Will definitely be staying with him and the Anthony Quirke team

So happy with the service provided by all at Anthony quirk, myself and my partner have especially Ashton, Lenny and Chris to thank for helping us to try and find the perfect property, nothing was ever to much and we was constantly updated and sent new properties that were being added to the market. Very friendly estate agents making everything feel so much easier and stress free.

My partner and I had three properties on Canvey Island for sale. They were put on the market, one at a time, about a week apart. Each sold within a week of going on the market and each realised the desired price. The service throughout was professional and friendly. The team, Chris, Ryan, Rico and Georgia were always available and ready to help push things through, nothing was too much trouble. We were very happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend Anthony Quirk.

Anthony and the complete staff at Quirk Mazda were fantastic for 2 the visits to the dealership. Very friendly NO Pressure. Offered a Great price for my trade in. Although I did not make a purchase due to color of my choice and the fact that I will keeping my car for now, best Mazda dealer experience so far. Better than Wellesley , Sentry, Patrick, Tully. Don't Hesitate to stop by Quirk and See Anthony and the sales Staff. Billy. K

Almost 5 years ago I had an unpleasant estate agent experience selling my house after being widowed. In desperation I contacted Anthony Quirk, spoke to Chris and we arranged for him to come out to help me with some advice and maybe starting again with them. Before my appointment with him my house actually sold so I had to phone and cancel. I was astonished at his kind and caring response, he was genuinely pleased that things had worked out for me. I have never forgotten him or his words.All these years later, my mum has passed away and we have found ourselves in the very sad position of selling her home. Chris and his team were our one and only obvious choice. They have been amazing, having our best interests at heart just as I knew they would. To feel you’re in such good hands is priceless and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
You are without doubt one of the most genuine, considerate people we have ever met. Our appointment felt like we were chatting to a Family member and to entrust us with such an emotive sale was truly humbling Kim. Always here for a chat and a coffee love the AQ Team.

Amazing. We dealt with Rico and Georgia who throughout the whole process was amazing. They spent time helping us throughout the whole move/buy of our home and we are all settled in. Collecting the keys was great and our little lab Ruben enjoyed a dog cookie or two! If you are looking to sell or buy I would 100% recommend them. They make sure everything runs smoothly as quickly as possible. Thank you for everything. A pay rise for these staff are defiantly deserved,Beth,Duncan & Ruben

I can’t big these guys up enough they are amazing! We had a bad experience a few years ago no fault of Anthony Quirk at all but this time they were our only choice! Chris and Lenny were our reason for going back to Anthony Quirk and Zoe and Ryan along with Chris & Lenny have made this time round better! These guys are literally on call 24/7 and our only choice would be these guys again!

I couldn’t recommend the better estate agents! Emma has been my rock and will continue to be we haven’t had the most easy experience at all but Emma has been there when ever I message her whatever the time is or a call away when I need her! We are waiting for our sale to go though and I know they will continue to support me! The best ever xx

Honest review!!! I would highly recommend AQ especially Emma as let’s face it she practically runs the show, she deals with sales & sales progression as no in house sales progression but tbf when Lenny is about she is definitely on the ball…DO NOT use the solicitors they recommend gowlings are crap! I did most of the running around & chasing things up myself it was so stressful they didn’t co ordinate completions so I had completed on my sale but had to wait for purchase as 2 different solicitors…and they are based in Preston so your hands are tied!! Find a good local solicitor.

GoogleBuying a first home was scary until the Anthony Quirk team helped me and spoke me through the whole process. Emma was very efficient and patient and always kept us updated with new properties. GoogleWe have used Anthony Quirk, specifically Chris Fitzsimmons on numerous occasions s in the past, in both selling and buying property. We have the whole office to be thoroughly professional all the way from valuation to sale. Professional whilst staying compassionate when selling my late mums home, understanding I didn't want to be there for any viewings etc. When we sold our home in Benfleet and moved out of the area, Chris, lenny and their teams, Co ordinated all the sales and purchase with all relevant Estate agents and Solicitors, keeping us updated at all times. Thjs is why when we needed a valuation for a rental property we had no hesitation in asking Chris to do it, even though he knew there was no sale happening. GoogleWe were only thinking about moving and I had done a few on-line valuations of our property. Rico was the only person to call me to discuss the valuation and after meeting with him, we decided to put it on the market with Anthony Quirk, even though we were based in Benfleet and they are in Canvey. Rico worked tirelessly and professionally to find us a suitable buyer, organising a successful Open House. Everyone at Anthony Quirk works closely together, the level of communication and individual knowledge is excellent. I never felt as if I was interrupting anything, they gave me their full attention. Georgia on sales progression was excellent, especially when we were close to completing our sale, but things weren't moving - I did call and email her a lot and she was so patient with me and sorted our buyers delay so we could proceed. Moving house is very, very stressful, but they all helped to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible - I would recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism
