Couldn't recommend the team at Anthony quirk enough they was brilliant from viewing the properties to buying the property! Rico was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the property and area! All the team at Anthony Quirk are fabulous , they have always gone above and beyond to help us, this is the second time I have had dealings with them in regards to the purchase of a property and wish all estate agents had the customer service ethic that AQ do. The purchase this time was not as simple as we had all hoped (reasons totally out of AQ's control) yet the team went above and beyond. Special shout to Lenny who is always on hand and so patient and friendly . I will always recommend AQ and will always be thankful for their time and understanding throughout the process!

From day 1 Chris has always been so attentive and helpful. In recent months I needed help with regards to my house and Chris went over and above on more than one occasion and literally was there when I needed him. He is so honest and doesn't tell me what I want to hear which is such an important quality to have. He always advises me even if the outcome doesn't benefit him and he stands out from everyone else I have dealt with at other estate agencies. I am currently in the process of looking to move again and he was the first person I got in touch with and I personally won't deal with anyone else as I trust him fully to help me achieve what I have set out to achieve. wow where do I start, the team led by Chris and Lenny have been amazing. I would highly recommend this estate…

I would highly recommend this estate agents as my dealings with them so far have been 5 star. I chose them because right from our first meeting I had a good feeling about them, they were completely honest and upfront with me about everything. They didn’t give unrealistic valuations like some others did and it feels like they have my best interests at heart. Communication has been outstanding from everyone of the team I have spoken to to this point and I have no doubt it will continue on this way. I’ve had an offer within 3 days of it going live with them and the paperwork has already been started. I can’t thank Chris and the team enough for making this process so easy for us.

WOW!!Anthony Quirk will always be my go to place to sell my property. The whole team throughout the sale were always helpful & always keept me up to date at every stage. Also a massive shoutout to Rico, who was at the end of a phone everytime I had a question. moving is stressful but he took some of that stress away by being so helpful & explaining everything. I would not hesitate in recommending the AQ team to others. We sold and bought through AQ and trust me it was a very long process. We sold on our first viewing and it took us just under a year to finally find the house of our dreams. Chris and the team would be the first to let me know of any houses becoming available and should view and Chris was always at the end of the phone if needed...even if he had the day off. Not only were AQ working on our behalf they have actually become our friends! Chris Lenny Ryan and Rico...keep doing what you are doing! We can not recommend the team at Anthony Quirk & Bolt Mortgages enough! They are ALL absolutely brilliant! From the very beginning when Chris came to our home we knew we were on to a good thing! Highly recommend Anthony Quirk! Georgia, Ryan and Rico have been on a bit of a journey with us whilst we have been looking for our first home to say the least!Ryan and Rico saw us almost weekly for viewings, saw offers get accepted, us unfortunately have to pull out of a house, listened to our feedback on houses that weren't quite for us, and very quickly understood the type of house we were looking for. The current market meant houses were going quickly, and Ryan and Rico would book us in for houses as soon as they came to market. The house we have now exchanged on was one that Ryan and Rico recommended we view - we hadn't even seen it on rightmove when we agreed on viewing, and they were spot on. Perfect for us! We sold our house in Basildon through Anthony Quirk and they helped us find our perfect home in Canvey. All the guys were always there on hand throughout the whole sale and purchase from start to finish, the quality of customer service didn't stop after the sale. 3.5 years on Chris still remembers us and says hi when we walk past the shop (maybe because my children wave like mad until they get their attention!) Would highly recommend Chris and the rest of the Anthony Quirk Canvey team to everyone and have no doubt at all where I will go should we decide to move house again. You can tell by their Facebook page just how fantastic they are, attention to detail and fantastic communication make them stand out from the rest! I now work at a school on Canvey and they are always so supportive of our fundraisers, even during this global pandemic they didn't hesitate to donate gift vouchers to our Easter raffle. We have recently exchanged contracts on a property we are purchasing through Anthony Quirk and Co. We dealt with Chris Fitzsimons and Lenny Fitzsimons who were professional, polite and extremely helpful. Although we were not their clients they were in regular contact with us and kept us up to date throughout the process. In fact we had more contact and help from Anthony Qurik and Co than our own estate agents who we were paying. We highly recommend Anthony Qurik and we will certainly be using them ourselves in the future. This was my first time selling a property whilst looking for a new one, everyone at anthony quirk have been absolutely amazing from start to finish, any questions/answers i needed were always dealt with and even issues they didn't really have to get involved with they still done everything - nothing was ever a problem. Everyone was just as great as each other and coming upto to the final stages it felt like Georgia made it her mission to get the completion dates sorted as fast as she could. We have the whole office to be thoroughly professional all the way from valuation to sale.
