Flawless service across the board

We chanced sticking our flat on the market at the beginning of lockdown and from start to finish everything has been dealt with very professionally. To start we had Chris and Rico visit the property to provide the valuation. Both very approachable and understanding guys who were to the point and more than confident they could get our place sold quickly and efficiently. We’d sold within a week of being on the market! And the sale, led by Rico on our behalf was always on the end of the phone along with the rest of the team, to get everything moved along as smoothly as possible (despite many hurdles along the way). Anything that could have gone wrong with regards to a sale/purchase, did go wrong for us, from slowness due to the pandemic, to our initial sale falling through! But no matter what, Rico and the team persisted and pulled through, saving our chain and placing back on the market, securing a new buyer for us and keeping everything going! I can’t stress enough how pleased my partner and I are with the service we’ve received, and fingers crossed, we look forward to completing our sale, and will most definitely be using Anthony Quirk again should we look to sell and move on in the future!

We can not recommend the team at Anthony Quirk & Bolt Mortgages enough! They are ALL absolutely brilliant! From the very beginning when Chris came to our home we knew we were on to a good thing! Chris was so down to earth and most of all honest, straight away we felt comfortable and confident that the guys at Anthony Quirk would be the best team to sell our home, We were right!!!Less than two weeks later our house has sold and we now in the process of moving through the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home! What can I say

What can I say, I never expected in my wildest dreams to be sold within 2 days of our property hitting the market (and that was on a Saturday evening) and for so much more than we was expecting.Chris came round and gave us his honest, professional opinion and we were really thankful for that. Very Poor

I will find it hard to express my disappointment with this agent. Their progression is the worst I have ever experienced. The attitude of Lenny defies words. None of the staff I dealt with seemed to actually understand the conveyancing process. I could go into fine detail however, I am putting the whole sorry experience behind me.Further to the reply. Over a year after the event, which pretty much sums things up in itself. Try Chubb you may find it then. Though I don’t hold out much hope.

Anthony Quirks sold our property and helped us buy our forever home.Our first impression of Anthony Quirks was professional there office is very impressive and there for sale and sold signs are nice and bight and stand out.We first meet Rico who is very friendly and professional and booked our appointment with Chris.Chris was professional and passionate about his company and the job he does. He took amazing photos of our home.The part that stood out for us was that the sales team would come and view our property first so they knew everything about it for viewings which made my life easier with a toddler. Once our house had been sold and we had found our forever home Lenny looked after us. Lenny is fantastic she keeps you update with the process.The only downside for us was that we didn't like the app that updates you with the process of your sale and purchase.Would differently recommend Anthony Quirk.
