TrustpilotProperty Sale
Having used Anthony Quirks 12 years ago to purchase my property I returned to them to sell it. I also used them last year to sell my grandmothers house. I’ve mainly been dealing with Lenny & Amy Fitzsimons with the support of Zoe & Emma. Can’t thank them enough for the help and support given throughout the sales of my properties. I would like to highly recommend the team here at Anthony Quirks. Thank you all.

Everybody at AQ were amazing from start to finish, we sold and brought through them and can not praise their patience , understanding and kindness at all. If it wasn't for them I would have given up .... they knew what we needed and wanted before we did and found our new home which is something we would have overlooked if on rightmove because it was a bungalow but ticked nearly every box for what we needed. I am forever grateful for everybody's hard work but Ryan especially who handled everything with positivity and kindness. The whole team were brilliant and I don't think any words I type will do them justice.

Met Ryan last week and handed him the keys to sell my property as I am not living there and left feeling I had made the right decision. Very honest, with no false promises, hard sell etc. He had the house on the market the very same day and kept me updated with viewings and feedback. Nine viewings with Three offers within a week and one accepted - amazing. I am sure the next stage will be just as professionally managed.

TrustpilotAnthony quirk are AMAZING! 💛💛
Where do I start ……..All of the team at Anthony quirk are incredible! Nothing is ever to much to ask of them and they are there to help you whenever you call!!! The whole team are so helpful, reliable and caring…. They actually care about you and not just the sale/ purchase of a property. My parents have used them multiple times and wouldn’t chose anyone else because they are the BEST!! 💛💛Especially with my mum who panics a lot and calls them endless amounts of times there is never any problems and Chris, Ryan and Rico always make her reassured in any situations😁😁💛💛I recently brought my first home and used bolt mortgages. Their work ethics are brilliant and Anthony was on the other end of the phone whenever I needed him! It was a stress free experience due to how helpful the bolt mortgage staff were😍💛💛💛 Anthony quirk are the best of the best 💛💛#teamaq💛💛

TrustpilotSponsorship
I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience with AQ, I reached out to Chris as I run a youth football team in Benfleet and I asked if would consider sponsoring them for there first ever season in football, no hesitation Chris jumped at the opportunity to help the team as he showed the same passion as I do when it comes to youth football and he’s been nothing short of amazing with the whole process.

TrustpilotExcellent Customer Service
I have now bought and sold the same property using this Estate Agent. On both occasions I found them polite, professional and helpful. When it came to marketing the property and getting viewers through the door they were excellent and at one point had booked up 10 viewings in a single day, which certainly enabled me to get the best possible price for my property. I primarily had dealings with Chris, Ryan, Rico and Georgia and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property.
