Zoe Moore hade the worst costumor service and didn’t offered the help that I needed. The fact that they have free returns within 14 days is a lie. It took weeks for my package to be delivered and the products is small in size.
Thankyou for taking the time to leave a review however I think we have been mistaken for a separate company? We are an Estate Agency not a parcel delivery company?

So me and my partner decided we were going to purchase our first home. We both assumed this would be a horrendous task how ever with the help from zoe and lenny it was amazingly simple and actually joyful! I would sometimes message them multiple times a day asking for various things like more pictures of the house and different measurements.. every single time they was only more than happy to help me. Looking back on it.. I was probably a bit of a nightmare but.. they always helped and always made us feel like this was such a simple task! Thank you zoe and thank you lenny!! We couldn't of done this without you two!

So I wasn’t technically a client of theirs, but they always treated me as one.They provided so much information and guidance up front when I put my offer in, and then throughout the whole process they were always there. They replied to messages late at night, they never missed a call or text from me. They really went above a beyond.The completion day had big delays, but within an hour of me advising them they had sorted it.It was an emotional move for me and they honestly made it way easier.Thank you to all the staff, but especially to Lenny. Incredible estate agent.
