BEST OF THE BEST! The team at Anthony Quirk have q company 'motto' to exceeded expectations and qsd value to every customers experience. I can honestly say this team did exactly that for me and my wife. On hand up until 10pm some evenings and offering extensive knowledge throughout on any objection we faced. A truly amazing experience with the AQ Team

A truly amazing experience with the AQ team! The sales team were very helpful selling my property before hitting the market and then finding me a new buyer within 24 hours of my old buyer pulling out. Rico and Ryan we’re especially helpful alongside Chris and Lenny progressing the sale and marketing the home! Would 100% recommend them and use them again. Genuinely aren't “just another estate agent” And i know exactly where I am going next time I move.

I’m very rarely compelled to write reviews for companies that I have used, however, I feel in this case I owe it to Anthony Quirk to give them credit where it’s due.I have both sold and purchased through Anthony Quirk and found both experiences to be quite fantastic. I’ve used many other estate agents over the years and for one reason or another I never quite clicked or the process never progressed how I would have hoped.When I approached Anthony Quirk Estate Agents, Chris came round and I told him what annoyed me about my previous sales and he asked me to give them a try as they were different to the others and assured me that they wouldn’t be like the previous ones I’ve used. I have to say, thankfully he was right.From the very beginning when Chris arrived for a valuation, through to viewings on my own property and potential purchases with Rico and Ryan, and then to the sales progression with Lenny, I found that I was able to build a relationship with each of them where we could discuss things openly and honestly and I felt that the set up was slick and very well managed. The chain ended up being quite a difficult one to manage and quite frustrating (through no fault of ours or AQ’s) However I’m pleased to say that they were very attentive and just as concerned as I was to get things moving. By working together we managed to resolve the issues at the other end of the chain and get an exchange.Had it been left for the rest of the chain to deal with the situation, and if it wasn’t for Lenny managing the sales progression on our behalf I can confidently say we would not have completed.So glad I went with Anthony Quirk, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone without hesitation and I will certainly use them, again if the need arises.Thank you!

We put our house up for sale with quirks at the beginning of the year, we found the experience easy and nice people, they sold it within a week.Unfortunately we couldn’t find anything that suited us at the time so we decided to pull out of the sale, felt very guilty to all concerned but quirks were very understanding. Should we decide to market again we would use quirks, such nice people not pushy at all .

Anthony Quirk - a family business that literally makes you feel right at home

The team at AQ sold us our first home in 2016 and it's no exaggeration when I say that they truly make you feel like a part of their little family from the very first introduction. 3 years and a fully renovated bungalow later, we have decided that the time has come for the both of us to move on. When we were making the decision to sell our house, people were recommending other agents to us based on pricing etc. But my mind was made up from the moment we were sold our first home by this outstanding team. My exact words being "when we come to sell this place, it'll be with Anthony Quirk". When the time came for us to sell, I had no interest in shopping around for other agents, it was always going to be AQ! We put our property on the market on Tuesday, 16th January. AQ informed us that evening that they already have people that they want to get in the door and were marketing our property at the crack of dawn the very next day. We have found our buyer and sold today, just 48 hours after. That just says it all really. Their passion for marketing and customer care is second to none.
