GoogleVery Disappointed with poor customer service . my father rung to book a viewing today and the person who he spoke on the phone was rude and absolutely usless. we have said we have sold our house and have money ready for purchase , yet the agent treated us as we have no money or cant afford it . I don't know weather it is because of our names being foreign or not but made us feel very distressed and confused . would never recoment this agency to anyone . they need proper staff training and personality transplant .. if I could leave 0 stars I would because its not even worth 1 for the way we have been treatedNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleAnthony Quirk were brilliant from start to finish when selling our home. We had 2 buyers pull out of the sale of our home and both times they had new buyers lined up which led to a quick sale. Lenny has a very difficult job with sales progression but i felt she was fantastic, always on the other end of the phone and gave good advice. All staff were amazing but Ryan definately stands out, we felt so confident in him and he is definately in the hr right profession for his skill set. We didn't actually instruct Anthony Quirk (Canvey Island) but bought a house through them. Our vendor was tricky and difficult and the guys at Anthony Quirk did all they could to manage the situation and try to keep as much stress as they could from us, particularly Chris and Kayleigh. They were absolutely great and, when the time comes for us to sell, we won't hesitate in instructing them.
