GoogleRecently viewed a property and subsequently offered. They were late to the viewing (which happens). After the initial offer i was called regularly asking what my best and final offer was, but after i made an improved offer i never received a call to inform me that we were not successful. Instead i received an automated email saying i had not been successful. I find it incredibly rude. Certainly won't be pushing me on to other properties they may have. Not a good experience....
Hi Charles, we have just claimed full control of our Google account and albeit 4 years after the event we felt compelled to reply. We have looked into our systems and are unable to locate your personal information or relevant property address. Please note we do not use email automation at the offer stage so this could potentially be another agent your referring to? Happy to investigate further and should we have shown the incompetence you refer to we are happy to send a gift to you as an apology. We genuinely pride ourselves on providing our clients and amazing service and respect all feedback good and bad.

This estate agent has just sold our neighbouring property and completely mis-advertised it to gain their reward… I’m currently in dispute both with the estate agent ombudsman and the environmental health as their advert was misleading…do not trust these people for an honest sale, whether you be a potential seller or purchaser. Have tried to discuss with incompetent staff, who dismissed me…not worth their fee percentage.
