Our experience with all the team at Anthony and Quirk was amazing from start to finish. Mandy showed us around the property and she couldn’t of been more friendly and made us feel so relaxed. She left us to talk and we didn’t feel at all pressured. Once we put our offer in we spoke with Lenny. Lenny goes above and beyond to make you feel at easy throughout the process and always keeps you informed. Moving is so stressful as we all know but the Anthony and Quirk team made it a more pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Can't recommend #teamaq enough

Can't recommend #teamaq enough. Our property sold before hitting the market thanks to Ryan and his knowledge of existing clients, Chris with his understanding of the property market and fees etc made us feel in safe hands. Ryan and Rico were amazing in accompanying us to viewings outside the office hours and finally Zoe the sales progressor who provided us with weekly updates, recommendations with a caring and compassionate attitude. Buying and Selling can be very stressful but at no point did we feel alone on this journey, there was always someone at AQ ready and willing to help.

My experience with Anthony quirk and Rico!

I went to Anthony quirk to view 3 properties on canvey island, and I was managed by Rico. He showed me 3 amazing properties on the island, and they were all up to standard. Rico was exceptionally professional he knew exactly what he was talking about and very knowledgeable about all the properties. Also he was very organised with his time while showing us these properties where I was quite limited with my time. Furthermore, he made us feel extremely happy while serving us and kept me updated about other properties that he thought would suit my preferences.

Highly recommend!

We used Anthony Quirk to buy our first home 5 years ago so when we wanted to sell there was no hesitation about going with them again. Quick to value and get on the market, lots of people through the door for viewings and within 10 days our house was sold. We relocated 300 miles away and at the start we thought it would be quick and straight forward as there was no chain either side but we had delays our end due to jobs and housing. Zoe kept our buyers up to date and reassured which took the pressure and stress off of us. Very personal service and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Zoe and team to help make our Cornwall dream come true.

AQ were quick to market the property at a realistic and competitive price. I was notified at all times by email (This was my mothers house and I do not live in the area) of prospective viewings and once a buyer was found was informed weekly by phone of developments with my buyer and solicitors. I was unfortunate to lose my first buyers as they were refused a mortgage but another buyer was found quickly.Overall, a good experience with what can be a stressful time.A special thanks to Zoe for her weekly update in a caring and professional manner

This company has no clue about the…

This company has no clue about the price in Canvey. They list houses for 100k less compare with everything around 55 mile just to have more sales to grow revenue. How seller can get so fooled by those with no idea how to price a house. Had them around as well to see how much my house will be worth and believe me they are incompetent just like scammers. I am the seller and this is my honest review. When I even bought a house I didn't go through wi them used other local one. Now make sense this dirty business to pretend they are running.

We recently used AQ to sell our property and they were fantastic. We were advised to have an open day for our property, we followed this guidance and had three offers the same day! The advertisement was great and the photos taken to market the house were perfect. The after service was great and they assisted in following up with solicitors and kept us updated with the progress. Chris from AQ was absolutely amazing. He listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect home for our little family within our budget. As first time buyers we were conpletely lost at sea in the world of property buying but Chris and the team at AQ made it a breeze.
