Excellent service by all the staff especially Michael Watts. He recommended we sell the bungalow by Modern Auctions and he was so right,,,,all completed in under 60 days....start to finish. The team were very helpful and patient when we were looking to move back to herne bay this year. Especially want to mention Adam who took us to view several properties. He is so enthusiastic about his role and a good example of how an estate agent should be. Not an easy sale due to a certain investor messing about. However the estate agents did everything to get the property re sold very quickly. Good job well done.
